관계대명사문제

이 문장에서중간에in that을 in which로고쳐야된다고하는데요~이해가잘안돼요ㅠ 물론 in that이 ~라는점에서라는접속사이기때문에 의미가안맞아서안된다는걸알지만 in which는 어떻게 나오는건가요?
선행사는 뭐이고 in은 뒤에 있다가 관계대명사나오면서앞으로 나온거라고 보는데 어디있다가 나온지도 모르겠어요ㅠ
