윗 문장에서 a는 도치가 되었는데, b는 왜 도치가 안되었을까요?

Here comes the bus.를 Here it comes.로 바꿔쓸 때 명사가 주어로 올 때는 도치가능하지만 대명사가 주어로 올때에는 도치가 안됩니다~~
