해석 질문 좀 드립니다ㅠㅠ

prices and unit rates are to be submitted only on the prices and unit rates sheet enclosed in the itb documents.여기서요 prices and unit rate 가 뭔가 전문 용어 같기도 하고
왜 비슷한 뜻인 prices 와 rate가 같이 나오는건지..이럴땐 해석을 어떡해 해야 하는건지
좀 알려주세요~
