형용사가 뒤에서 수식

= 혈액형에 국한되지 않는 플라스틱 혈액은 전쟁터에 쓰일 것이다.

여기서 dependent가 blood-type을 뒤에서 수식하는건데 어떨때 이렇게 뒤에서 수식이 가능한건가요.

저것을 which is not dependent on blood-type 이렇게도 쓸 수 있나요.
