올림포스 기본독해 5강 Reading 2, that의 쓰임 질문

다른 분이 만든 변형 문제인데 답이 없어 질문드려요 ㅠㅠ
아래 문장에서 쓰임이 다른 that은 무엇인가요?
제 생각에는 나머지는 접속사이고 2번 that은 관계대명사인 것 같은데 맞는지 궁금합니다.
