문법적으로 안된다고 말할 수는 없겠지만 내용상 철학의 가치가 불확실성 속에서 찾아질수 있다가 더 맞는 것같습니다. is sought 는 항상 그렇다는 객관적 진리임을 나태내는 듯한 문장이라 일부러 be to 용법으로 쓴것으로 이해됩니다.
